What could be better in the heart of summer than this fresh tart? With its buttery crust, mayonnaise-buttermilk-Parmesan custard, and loads of tomatoes, it’s a perfect salute to the season. Use your best, juiciest tomatoes (including cherry tomatoes) in a selection of colors and sizes; we like a mixture of larger tomatoes cut into wedges or thick slices and halved cherry tomatoes.
