Earl Grey is my favorite tea. I love its spicy, smoky taste and aroma. It gets even better when there are some biscotti to dunk into it. So yesterday, while I was making my regular simple biscotti, I came up with a brilliant idea - I could add Earl Grey tea to my biscotti dough! Before you know it, there was a batch in the oven. The results were so fantastic and the recipe so simple that I absolutely had to share. Enjoy!
